I joined the DVCC about March 2014, about a year I have been going now. Since that time I have lost 30lbs of body fat; I’ve gone from 21.4% body fat to 7.2% body fat, and gained 4.5lbs of muscle.
I’ve been with the DVCC for just over 2 months now. I have lost almost 20lbs of fat and gained just over 5lbs of muscle.
